The noise level at night is unbearable due to street activity. I found the cleaning staff inconsistent. they forgot to leave towels on multiple occasions. The front desk staff's lack of knowledge about local amenities was frustrating.

Great location just steps away from Parque Lleras. The area buzzes with energy, making nightlife options plentiful. The staff, especially Christian and Jean Pierre, made checking in easy and were always eager to help with anything I needed. My room was clean and tidy, with no major complaints about the amenities. However, the internet speed really needs an upgrade. it barely hit 3 to 6 Mbps. I also found the bed to be a bit firm for my taste, lacking the comfort I hoped for. I appreciated the effort with housekeeping, but there were a couple of days when towels were missed.

The staff was incredibly professional and attentive! ! They even went out of their way to whip up some delicious scrambled eggs for us when we arrived late for breakfast!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable given the location and service.
